  • Initial first practitioner consultations visit: A virtual visit to understand the extent and history of your complaint, discuss current and part medical health concerns, your priorities which you would like your health practitioner to take into account and identify a preliminary treatment plan.. This is an on-camera virtual functional assessment visit; wear loose clothing and be prepared to be able to show/demonstrate movement and pain patterns. If it is back pain, you will need a top worn so that it opens at the back to show your spine. A non-oral thermometer will be helpful to have on hand. You may be asked to submit postural photographs that can be entered into our digital assessment program as we will not be able to take the photo for you. During this initial virtual appointment we will discuss the objectives for your care, and identify a preliminary treatment plan including home applicable solutions and support.
